Customer service in scheduling the appointment was great; reps were friendly and patient and talked through various offers in the coupons we received in the mail. Sean was very polite and patient while I walked through pricing with my husband and then he took over and talked through it as well. Service was completed within an hour. I'm glad we have a reputable provider and pleased with the 3yr. Warranty with the purchase.

Ronnie called ahead and was within the time frame for the appointment. He took just a few minutes to prepare an estimate then then proposed the options to me. He, both the tech and the trainee, answered any questions that I had and explained the benefits of completing the work as suggested. The work was then performed in a timely. Both were very courteous and represented Precision Door very well!

Would not hesitate to give this company a 5 star rating. The technician, Mr Travis, knew the problem even without me completing my description...then instantly showed me where the problem was. That was amazing...perhaps born out of his experience and training. I watched him working...he worked with such precision...no wonder the name of the company...he was like a precision machine. He allowed me to ask and he answered all my questions. I would recommended this company.

Precision was recommended by my boss. My garage door wouldn't open today. The spring and reels were off the track. I called this morning and they scheduled Brandon to come out. He was professional, friendly and had great insight and knowledge. He wasn't pushy, but just stated the honest truth. I ended up replacing and upgrading both the garage door motors. Highly recommend this company.

TECH ARRIVED AT BEGINNING OF WINDOW GIVEN, ON SUNDAY A.M. , EXPLAINED EVERY THING WHILE PHYSICALLY SHOWING THE PROBLEMS TO ME. HE WAS EXTREMELY COURTEOUS , KNOWLEDGIBLE,AND PROFESSIONAL. HE SHOWDED ME THREE OPTIONS WHICH WAS WRITTEN DOWN AFTER HIS INITIAL INSPECTION. Just found this company on google. Same day service was unexpected but the tech was here within a few hours. The tech was great. He knew exactly what he was doing. My technician arrived early and we discussed what to do about the noisiest garage door opener in creation. I ended up with a new motor, springs, rollers, the works, including new remotes and a keypad. I hated spending the money but I am so happy with my door that makes no noise. I love having the keypad, too. I will add that my technician was personable and we got along very well. He is a credit to the business.

My technician was George and he was extremely helpful. He explained to me what the issue was with my door and after I came out of the shock of the cost of $640 he answered all my questions. It was a Sunday and not only was he prompt but he made sure everything was cleaned up in my garage. He also went above and beyond because he noticed that my garage door has a dark black line straight down the center which I have painted because it cannot be removed. He still took out the monkey grease and made an effort. It didn't work but I was impressed that he took the time to help with that. Good person that gives the company a good reputation.
