Great service, definitely worth the money. Love the fact that they have showroom where you can actually see products. Staff was very pleasant end explained every detail and answered all of my questions. I was able to schedule appointment within two days (any time/day I wanted). I didn't feel pressured into buying anything I didn't plan on. They made few suggestions to avoid future malfunctioning/repairs so I did end up replacing springs and rollers in addition to opener installation and I'm glad I did, money well spend. It's certainly better quality product than what you can buy at Lowes or Home Depot which makes sense that it cost bit more. Entire installation took 2h, very impressive. I strongly recommend this company to anyone that is looking to install hew garage opener. Thank you George & Kelly

I chose Precision based on being accredited with the BBB and the stellar reviews. I needed to replace a motor, springs, rollers, etc. and my tech, Shaun, gave me several options to choose from. I went with the mac daddy of motors and after everything was installed I am very satisfied! Shaun told me I would be happy with my choice and I am! My door is so quiet!! Everything running so smoothly! He was thorough in explaining how everything worked and very professional. Precision will be the only garage door company I need! Highly recommend!!

Shaun was very punctual, actually early. Diagnosed the problem immediately. Fixed the problem in 10 minutes. Greased the chain drive because it needed it not because it was a way to charge more. Very satisfied and would definitely use again.

I saw you on Angie's list, and I had been thinking it was time to get our Overhead doors, serviced, so called your company first to get an idea of the real price for the 2nd door. They gave me an idea of the price, I checked old bills for last service 4 years ago and it was comparable, so I booked the time (today) then went back on line and bought the deal on Angie's list. I couldn't be happier, the doors once again run smoothly, Chase Dasilva , was professional, friendly and helped me re set one of the openers, I don't want to be climbing ladders!. I called Precision Friday evening to come review a repair at my home. The cable on one of our garage doors broke. Precision was able to come out the next day. Precision sent Chase to our home who was incredibly professional, on-time, and explained everything he was going to repair. After completing the job, he walked through each repair that was undertaken. I am very pleased with the service I received and we'll be using precision again to undertake some preventative maintenance on our other door.
