He did a terrific job explaining every step and I am very pleased with the work. My garage door should function well for years to come. I am extremely happy with my experience with Precision. Customer service was very responsive in getting a technician out to my house within a few hours, considering that my car was trapped in my garage with a broken garage door spring. The technician was very friendly and knowledgeable. He gave me many options for the repair, and once the decision was made, he had the work completed within an hour. I also felt that the cost of the service was reasonable after doing some research on the type of repair that was done. I would definitely recommend Precision!!
