We have used Precision for repairs before, and will continue to do so. It was easy to schedule our recent repair and maintenance, the technicians are all very friendly and professional, and they clearly disclose all recommended services and prices before doing the work. We have never had to wait more than a couple of days for a regular appointment. This is a great company to do business with.

Travis came on time, did everything he promised, and made all three of our garage doors work perfectly. He installed two new motors and replaced all the springs, pulleys, and rollers, all within about four hours (which was his estimate). He also explained how the remotes worked and set up the codes for the outside remote controllers. I would highly recommend this company, and Travis in particular.

My neighbor was pleased with your repair of her garage door, so I knew you would do a top-notch job. Chase called to let me know what time to expect him, and he arrived in a timely manner. He explained what the needs to fix the door were, and let me know the cost for the items. His work was well done, and I am pleased to have the door working once again. I would give him a "5", and hope you give him incentive pay!!

Thank you Precision Door for sending out Chase yesterday. He was professional, efficient, on time (also called ahead) and answered every question that I asked (there were many), as well as explained the process as to how/why my garage door springs broke. I live in a townhouse and this is the first time I have run into a problem with my garage door after 9 years. Chase educated me (which I appreciated) on how garage door wears over time. I could see the difference immediately! I can tell that he loves what he does and in this day and time that is a plus in my book! Thanks Chase for loving what you do and making my door problem go away.

Precision was great! Ronald got here on time (even called to say he could come early if ok with me and it was!). Very professional. Addressed my issue that I called about and we talked about another issue I was having. He was able to fix the additional matters in the spot. Very nice guy as was the other guy with him. Definitely would recommend Precision and will be using again in the future when I go to replace the old doors.

I'm very happy with the work precision did for me on my garage door opener. I liked that the techs pictures are on the website and I got a call when Brandon was on his way Brandon was very professional and a nice guy He helped me choose a new opener and explained all my options He had the new one up and running plus took all the old parts away for me He showed me how to work everything and he didn't mind that I stayed out there watching him lol Highly recommend precision and Brandon :)

Shaun and Phillip were both outstanding professional gentlemen. My service call was initially to R&R broken garage door springs but upon inspection, Shaun pointed out some deficiencies that were beginning to show on my overhead door opener. So I ended up with new springs and a new door opener. shown in Philip were timely, very organized in their efforts to, in my case, not only replace the springs but replace the opener. Without a doubt I give them both five stars!

Customer service in scheduling the appointment was great; reps were friendly and patient and talked through various offers in the coupons we received in the mail. Sean was very polite and patient while I walked through pricing with my husband and then he took over and talked through it as well. Service was completed within an hour. I'm glad we have a reputable provider and pleased with the 3yr. Warranty with the purchase.

Ronnie called ahead and was within the time frame for the appointment. He took just a few minutes to prepare an estimate then then proposed the options to me. He, both the tech and the trainee, answered any questions that I had and explained the benefits of completing the work as suggested. The work was then performed in a timely. Would not hesitate to give this company a 5 star rating. The technician, Mr Travis, knew the problem even without me completing my description...then instantly showed me where the problem was. That was amazing...perhaps born out of his experience and training. I watched him working...he worked with such precision...no wonder the name of the company...he was like a precision machine. He allowed me to ask and he answered all my questions. I would recommended this company.
