I had my garage door to my basement replaced. The salesman, Dustin, and the technician, Jeff, were both professional, knowledgeable and communicative. They were also flexible when I needed to re-schedule my installation date. The technician did a thorough job of installing the door, paying attention to every detail and leaving the area clean. Our garage door came off the track and we called Precision to come out and repair the door. They came out the same day, the technician George was very thorough in explaining what was wrong (spring and rollers), explained the different options we could go with, and answered all our questions. The door works great and even as a courtesy inspected and lubricated our other garage door while at our house.
