I couldn't figure out for the life of me why our garage door looked like it wanted to jump off the rail everytime it closed. Our technician, Brandon merely recommended a standard service call and lubed and adjusted the rails and pulleys. Bam, fixed! The door opens and closes as smooth as butter now. Minimal cost and Brandon was very informative and professional! Will recommend this company to my friends! Thanks!

The Technician (Ronald) was really sharp. I am pretty mechanically savy. but did not recognize the problem. He took one look and said I see the problem. We also saw that I had another problem. My wife had actually backed into the door and damaged it - she immediately fessed up when I mentioned it. Anyhow, we decided to replace the door. In the meantime, he repaired the original problem so our door would work while we waited for the new door.

Some companies promise much and deliver little. Precision promised much and deliver MORE! They pointed out something wrong that was done by the original installer. Had it not been corrected, it could have led to a motor replacement well ahead of time.

George was the technician and installed a garage door handle on a one year old new door. In my opinion the handle omission was an oversight when the door was installed even tho' it was declared it was not a necessity and not included. I happened to be partially handicapped. Try closing or opening a double door (in my case when the power was off) with one arm and the aid of a cane. In addition, George lubricated the workings and recalibrated the opener/motor. Two thumbs up for a conscientious tech. I still rate Precision with 5 stars and advise the company to offer a handle upon installation if necessity is warranted.
