I had my garage door to my basement replaced. The salesman, Dustin, and the technician, Jeff, were both professional, knowledgeable and communicative. They were also flexible when I needed to re-schedule my installation date. The technician did a thorough job of installing the door, paying attention to every detail and leaving the area clean. I am very satisfied with my new door that looks great and opens with ease! I would highly recommend Precision.

I couldn't figure out for the life of me why our garage door looked like it wanted to jump off the rail everytime it closed. Our technician, Brandon merely recommended a standard service call and lubed and adjusted the rails and pulleys. Bam, fixed! The door opens and closes as smooth as butter now. Minimal cost and Brandon was very informative and professional! Will recommend this company to my friends! Thanks!
