Very professional service from initial phone call through service call. Ryan Hudson was very professional and courteous. He explained all options for repair service with no sales pressure tactics. We also purchased a door opener and he explained all features and settings in detail. Ryan did not leave until we were 100% satisfied. Highly recommend!

Torsion Spring exploded. I scheduled an appointment online at 10:47pm. Alan calls the next morning at 7:22 saying he will be at my house in hour and 30 minutes depending on traffic. He arrived around 9:25am due to traveling from McDonough to Dallas. Inspected all components and made recommendations of needed services. Replaced the spring and was gone by 9:50am with another satisfied customer. I will be using Pecision again!

I called after lunch for an appointment and had a technician at my house by 4 pm the same day. Shaun arrived, did an inspection and we discussed his suggestions. At 9:30 pm, I had two garage doors, good as new and very quiet. Very professional, obviously responsive and significantly less expensive than a competitors bid. Very pleased and would use again.
