Great experience overall. Called at 9:25 am about a garage door issue and the technician, Sean, arrived at 11:45 am. I had a fairly good idea that the spring on our double door went out, Sean confirmed and he quickly went to work. Sean then notified me that he did not have the right part on the truck and within 30 minutes another Precision truck arrived with what was needed. While they were here, I asked them to replace the springs on the single door as well and Sean said no problem and agreed it was probably only a matter of time before it went out as well. They were finished by 2:00 pm for both doors and all is working great! Fast, efficient no BS repairs. I will be calling Precision again. Thanks Guys!

Your service rep was very helpful in taking care of the problem at hand. Unfortunately, the motor was in need of replacing, which I'd not expected & no one likes being blind-sided by an expensive fix. Still, he was very professional & made sure everything was in good working order before leaving. He did encourage me to register online so that the motor would be properly warrantied; however, when I tried to do so I got a message a strange message indicating that it could not be accessed through my laptop. (???) Also, I expected to receive my payment receipt by email, so as to print it out, but that has not come through. I do appreciate the prompt, courteous service...just wish it hadn't been a high-ticket item.

Saw their ad on television and called to see if Precision could repair my garage door. I must admit the repair man was prompt and professional. He did a thorough inspection and gave me a honest assessment with several options of repair. I was pleased with the results and the overall expertise of the repairman, Ryan, who explained everything. When they say same day repair on short notice..it's true. Did not take long at all considering everything he did. I do recommend Precision. They did an excellent job!
