My garage door had become unoperational after a thunderstorm last week. I discovered that the wall bracket that provided mounting for the spring was coming off the wall. I didn't realize it was not just an inconvenience but a safety issue as well. David came out today and discussed with me my repair options As a single mom I was reassured by his professionalism and knowledge. I will call Precision again!

Installation was performed in a timely manner and two our satisfaction. All trash was removed and cleanup was perfect. Installer explained how our new garage door opener that was mounted on the side worked, etc., hopefully I retained some of it!

I was highly impressed with the overall service I received from Precision. From the first phone call, I received superior service the moment this lady answered the phone. She answered all of my questions with the utmost courtesy and knowledge. It was then, I knew I wanted to give Precision my business. A gentleman later called me back the same day and scheduled a service appointment that worked with my schedule. Travis, who provided the service, was very professional and knowledgeable of what I needed. He installed new garage door springs and pulleys very efficiently and in a timely manner. Travis gave a very thorough explanation of the service he was about to perform and offered tips that will extend the life of my garage doors. Thanks Travis! I will definitely recommend Precision to family. friends, and neighbors for their garage door needs.
