I called several local garage door repair/service companies, and Precision Door was by far the friendliest to talk too. I was given a rough estimate over the phone and when the technician Alan Harp arrived, the total price was within the estimate. He is very friendly and knowledgeable. I will definitely be calling them again when needed!!!

We chose Precision Door Service based on reviews on their website. I like that I was able to see their team members and their individual reviews. Our door would not open and upon inspection Edward found the problem. A cracked spring. After discussing all our options and general maintenance we chose to update all our springs and bearings and a our garage door is working like new.

We were out of town and had an incident where our garage door was mangled. It was a mess. We called Precision to see if they could at least secure it in our absence. Rocky was out promptly and assessed the situation. While repair was not possible/economical, he did reassure us that it was secure. I sent Rocky a picture of the new door I wanted, and he sent me back a price. They were able to install the new door, haul the old door away, and stay exactly within their time frames, and all of this was done to perfection before we even got back in town. The communication, reliability, and understanding from Precision was top-notch. Would give ten stars if I could. Thank you!!!
