I purchased a new garage door opener from a special on Angie's List. My technician was Ron Meador. He called to let me know he was on his way. He arrived promptly and immediately reviewed the work I had purchased. He was very professional and patiently answered all my questions about the new opener. He even offered to install additional new openers, but that will have to wait till another time. The opener itself was the icing on the cake. It has more features than I could ever use. It does everything but cook dinner. I purchased a new opener because the old one was so noisy. This one cannot even be heard unless you are standing very close. I could not have been happier with my purchase and the installation.

I was absolutely delighted with the service. I called at noon, by 1:30 the technician had arrived and assessed the problem and by 3:30 my door was fixed. In addition to replacing the overhead spring and rollers, he also serviced and adjusted the motor and tracks. Door goes up and down almost silently and with no effort. Very polite and professional technician.

Your technician, Davin Smith, was exceptional! He was very thorough in his explanation of the problem with my garage door and gave me a multitude of options to pursue to fix my garage door. The amazing thing is not all of them were with Precision!!! He answered all of my questions. I felt as if I had him on the phone too long asking questions and was taking up too much of his time. He calmly and professionally stayed on the phone with me and made sure all my concerns were addressed. We will get one more estimate for our garage door repair/replacement but will more than likely use Precision. At a minimum, we will recommend Precision to our neighbors.

I recommend Precision wholeheartedly. They are professional, affordable and experts in their field. They also are dedicated to customer service. When I called Precision, I was wanting a garage door for my 18 ft carport. I had recently caught two thugs in there trying to move my motorcycle. Tim came out and did all the measurements and informed me that because of the length of the lip and location of my doorway they could not install a garage door without modifications to my home due to the fire code. (The curve in the track would have been sitting directly in front of the doorway, perfect for someone leaving to hit their head on.) I was so disappointed. Tim could tell. He left saying that if there was anything they could do just give him a call and he left his card and mobile number. Later, Tim called me back and asked if they could send me a technician with some track to see if they could modify the track to make it work. I said "Yes, please!" As it turned out, the technician, George DID make it work. By cutting two pieces of track shorter and bolting them together, he got the track above the doorway while maintaining the curve needed to have the garage door function correctly. I could not be more pleased with the service I received from Precision and their dedication to their customers (like me). I am a customer for life and would encourage anyone needing a garage door to call Precision.

I called Precision this morning at 9:40 because my door would not open. I assumed it was the opener. I ask if they would be able to come out that day. They lady on the phone (very nice) put me on hold for a few seconds and said they would be here between 2-6. I got a call at an hour later and Alan said he would get to me before 2. He got here and explained what had happened and my options. My doors was fixed by 2:46 pm. Very happy with service. Highly recommend!

I called several local garage door repair/service companies, and Precision Door was by far the friendliest to talk too. I was given a rough estimate over the phone and when the technician Alan Harp arrived, the total price was within the estimate. He is very friendly and knowledgeable.
