Ryan Hudson came by yesterday and installed a new opener and door springs, and did a terrific job. First he inspected the broken chain and sorted out what was wrong, then explained our options and provided various estimates. Ryan helped us understand the importance of having 2 door springs and how that helps the opener last longer. He finished the job quickly and also helped us set up the Homelink buttons in our 2 cars. Outstanding job!

Christian arrived promptly today after calling ahead. He worked quickly & efficiently to diagnose the issues with our 20 yr old garage doors. He then prepared an itemized cost list for repairs. Weighing out the age of our doors which had exceeded their life & were in very bad condition, we opted to replace them with new Amarr garage doors. RYAN HUDSON was amazing. I was running a few minutes late and he had no issues waiting. He did a thorough inspection of both garage door openers and informed me of all the issues, cost of repairs and options. We ended up replacing both openers, springs and fixing our doors since they were 17 years old. He replaced them both and also hooked them up with our car buttons....something that had always been so tough for us to do! He was super polite, personable, great manners and did an awesome job. He was not only a great technician he was nice to have around.
