I originally wrote a negative review about this company, and then quickly dismissed them from having any of my business ever again. However, I have to recant because it was the most flabbergasting moment of my whole customer service life to witness an owner personally make absolute amends for the post-experience. We received what it truly means to do 'whatever it takes to make a customer happy.' If every company sincerely cared enough about its customer to come back after them like this one did, then there would never be a need for wanting to go to any competitors ever again no matter the price difference. Precision Doors you won me over for life and i will pass on the exemplary efforts that made my own wife shed tears to everyone else that I know.

We had had a series of issues with our (not that old) garage door opener, resulting in continual reprogramming of our remotes and cars. On Sunday we set up an appointment and less than 24 hours later we have a new unit installed. We were given a set of choices, with pros and cons, and treated professionally and fairly. While we weren't happy about having to replace the cheap unit our builder installed, we were completely pleased with Precision's response and workmanship. 5 Stars absolutely!

Sunday morning the spring on my garage door snapped. I called Precision Door Service because they had installed my garage door opener a few years back and the service was excellent. I thought because it was Sunday that I was going to have to make an appointment during the week and take time off of work. However, they had someone at my hours within two hours of my call and there was no extra charge. Ronnie was great. He did his inspection of the door and told me what he was going to check and then what he thought needed to be done. I am always cautious of services that recommend "add-ons". Ronnie took the time to point out what he was looking at and explain how it was effecting the performance of the door. Not only that he gave me coupons for the work that had to be done. With all the work done, the total charged was less than what it cost me to replace the spring (not with Precision) several years ago. I won't use anyone else to do work on my garage door. When you find a service company that you don't feel being taken advantage of and does excellent work, you stick with them.

Precision is very very good at running a business. Back in October of 2015 Precision installed a new Lift Master garage door opener. Several weeks ago the opener developed a loud grinding sound. I called Precision yesterday and Kevin Shelton came out today to look at my situation. The unit had to be replaced and Kevin did a great job with the install. So back in business I would recommend this company for all of your garage door needs. Very professional and honest. Thanks Kevin and Precision
