Five Stars for a great service call. Realized my garage door was broken in the morning and Brandon came out in the afternoon and fixed it right up. He replaced the springs and replaced older parts that had worn out. Great job.

Rocky Fields did an outstanding job. We called me as planned and even called again when he had to stop for gas and advised me he would be a few minutes late. When he showed up he went right to work and not only repaired the damage I called about but he pointed out several other areas I was not aware of. We contacted Precision during the Christmas holiday break for garage door repairs. The customer service was spectacular from the time we called and it never ended. Precision was able to send a technician out immediately. As promised, the technician granted us a courtesy call 45 minutes before arrival to our home. When Rocky arrived, he was extremely pleasant to work with. It took him only minutes to convince us that our garage doors needed to be replaced. In a time where customer service is severely lacking, we were ecstatic to find a company like Precision who holds customer satisfaction in such high regard. We will definitely recommend Precision to our family, friends and colleagues. NOTE TO PRECISION OWNERS: Please give Rocky a raise or a bonus! He truly is a treasure and an asset to your team!

My service technician was David, he arrived on time. He was courteous & professional. He quickly diagnosed & fixed the problem (a broken wire). Another company had told me that my circuit board was burned out & tried to sell me a new motor & drive for $300. It felt liked a con. I'm glad I went with Precision Garage Doors for second opinion.
