Arrived a few hours after my call. Travis was very friendly and was able to explain clearly where our issue was and what needed to be fixed. Proposing different levels to accommodate my budget (from just getting the door unstuck, to replacing the bear minimum to make it operable, to bringing it back to great condition. We went for the full work. Price was overall reasonable. Very fast and good work. My door is back to new and ready to go long term! Fully recommend!

I have a residential steel garage door that is 18' wide by 8' high. One of my springs snapped in two after 14 years of daily usage. I looked on the Internet, read reviews, and gave myself a good education regarding what was involved with the workings of the door and differences in the quality of the available replacement parts. I called Precision Door of Atlanta around 7pm and the serviceman arrived around 10am the next day as promised. Christian was polite and did a through exam of all the moving parts including the gears in the garage door opener. He gave me a detailed quote and explained every part that was either needed or recommended. I decided to go with the best option since I want the system to perform well for a long time to come. Looking at the replacement parts it was clear they exceeded the quality of the original parts. I assume you get what you pay for. Precision Door's service is not cheap but I was very happy with the service and the outcome.

Very satisfied with the level of customer service and professionalism from the start. The only thing which is not a negative, more of an observation, when handing the customer paper work, please make sure the serial number is listed on the information book you hand your customer. Everything being web-based now a days it's important to have all the information needed to register and sign up on line. Would I recommend them, YES in a second! Were we satisfied, with pricing, customer service and installation 100%. Enjoyed my installers Roscoe and Kevin. Customer service is at it's best with this company! Thank you!
