Tech Alan Harper came to my home. He called me to let me know he was in the area and wanted to let me know he would be at my home in less than 10 min. I called using Angie's list to have service on a non-functioning garage door. Alan explained to me what the door issues were and the repair needed for the door. We used the pre-paid tune-up service on the second door as it needed service, as well. Alan provided me with a quote for the door. I will be contacting Precision to have the first door motor, shaft and springs repaired by the early spring. I felt Alan was honest and had high integrity. I trusted what he told me and have confidence in his diagnosis. Ms. Currin

Our technician was respectful and demonstrated the character of a person of integrity -- just what we need in everyone that we hire! After a thorough inspection of the entire garage door and opener systems, his evaluation of the needed repairs were honest. He was forthright about what was needed. He did a great job, the door is working perfectly. We asked for him if we needed repairs again, and call Precision for sure.

Ed, the technician was prompt, very knowledgeable and did a great job! He answered all of the questions I had. The cables had unwound off the garage door pulleys so the garage door would not open. In addition, the spring was broken and the bearings were worn. Ed replaced the spring and bearings, as well as lubricated the rollers, spring and track. Missing hardware was replaced on my wooden garage door. Now the garage door works great and is much more quieter than before this service was done. I would definitely recommend Precision Garage Door for future work.
