I highly recommend Precision for your garage door repairs. First, they are fast. I called a Saturday morning and they had someone to my house by 11am. Second, the technicians are intelligent and fast. Marcus was able to quickly assess what the issue was and then fix it. Third, they don't try to sell you more than you need.

Company tech Cody showed up within the two-hour service window, quickly diagnosed the problems, presented written quotes for the alternative fixes he proposed, and accomplished the work on same visit. No surprises, and door seems to work very well now. I did not get quotes from other providers so I can't say I compared cost, but I think what I was charged was reasonable. One caveat: Cody's singing is not ready for prime time!

We will use this as a learning tool as our tech must not have done a satisfactory job explaining the Precision difference.

Our house was built in 1973 and the garage doors and openers we're if not original they were ancient and very loud. Rockey was a little late arriving but called to keep us informed as to his arrival. He recognized the problem areas, gave us a fair quote and completed the work in a timely manner. We are very happy with the work.
