The experience was epic!! The tech, Ed, was very knowledgeable and professional. Initially, there was an issue getting my newly installed system to sync (door wouldn't respond to the opener). With my assistance, Ed went through my entire house trying to locate signal distraction that wouldn't allow for the opener to sync with the device. He finally discover the shortage was in a fuse (simply amazing). The system works beautifully with very little noise. My wife and I were truly, truly impressed. I would highly recommend Precision Doors to anyone who wants quality service when seeking repairs for their garage door. By the way, I don't typically write reviews. However what I experience, had to be shared!!!!

Great service from start to finish. From when the order was placed to after the service tech left, everything was professional. A definite plus was knowing your tech ahead of time and seeing their picture. This way I'm not just opening my door to a stranger. I would definitely recommend Precision to family and friends.
