Dustin was very professional, polite, detailed and helpful in explaining all the options for repair and check up. Excellent job done quickly and effectively. I was very happy to be able to receive service the same day I called. Even though it was 5.30 pm when Dustin arrived he completed the jobs by 6.30. Thanks for a very good experience!

My 5 star rating are a direct result of three items; and those are: 1. Your showroom was the deal maker. We were considering three vendors for a new garage door and after physically viewing the doors in your showroom and talking with Tim ("Little Tim") Yeager, we were done shopping and zero-ed on the door we wanted. Tim's expertise and knowledge of the various doors, along with his personality and down home hospitality closed the deal for us. 2. Eric -- your installer convinced us that we made the right decision in going with Precision. He was totally experienced, professional and liberal with sharing his knowledge on garage door maintenance. And as a bonus, he spoke English. 3. Tom Smolinski -- your sales rep did a great job in explaining your service and the product line that we selected. Your team, as far as I'm concerned, did a great job - before, during and after the sale. One word of advice is DON'T LOOSE ERIC.

5 star rating for a very professional team. Tom Smolinski was the salesman and he arrived as scheduled and walked me through the products and the process. He was very kind and answered all of my questions. My appointment for installation of new doors was scheduled within my time frame( 7 days ). The technician Scott arrived on time and Tom was with him to make sure I was satisfied as a customer. Scott reviewed the scope of the work and provided the instruction I needed to make this the best customer experience anyone could have. I would recommend Precision because of the attention to the customer, The sharing of all details of the job and the quality of the products. My husband and I are very happy with this company.
