We experienced a series of issues with our Genie 2128 model from the time of purchase. Chris Karnacewicz worked with management to replace the 2128 with a new 3120 model which we have on our 2nd door and have not experienced any issues. As always, Chris was courteous and customer oriented. We were very pleased that Precision chose to replace the defective 2128 and replaced with the 3120.
