When foul weather took out the weather stripping on the bottom of our garage door, Precision was able to schedule me in quickly (they even gave me a same-day option). The tech was polite, knowledgeable, and acted as a true partner in the upkeep of my home. My issue was quickly resolved, and their warranty is real - since it was within three years of purchase and installation, I did not have to pay a cent. I would highly recommend Precision!

Victor Murillo was such a great tech that took care of me. He was so friendly as soon I opened the door. Great customer service and knew what to do fixing my garage door as promised. Brandon was extremely helpful and provided fantastic customer service throughout his visit. We had a broken spring that he was able to quickly fix. But, we also had other concerns with the original install of the door; he quickly identified the areas of concern and provided multiple solutions for addressing. Tremendous service! Joe was professional and very friendly. He was straight to the point with the issues discovered, what was needed to fix them and nothing more. When I made my appointment with Precision, I was told that my technician would be at my home between 8-12. I thought well if things are like they normally happened I would not see the technician until 12. However, Mr. Patterson called promptly and informed me that he was on his way. Once here he was very thorough and after he was finished, he explained to me what he did and advised me that it is important to do regular maintenance checks on my doors. He was informative and polite. I would recommend this company to everyone.

Absolutely love how quiet my new belt drive garage door open is! Vince came after I had scheduled online the night before and provided me with options he could install. After going over the options and making a decision, Vince began swapping out my old, noisy opener with the new opener from LiftMaster. Install didn’t take very long, and once it was complete, Vince worked with me to connect the opener to my wifi and MyQ app. We did have to troubleshoot the closing a little, but that wound up being resolved with some additional bracing to the garage door rails. I appreciate how thorough and thoughtful Vince was in explaining everything to me and making sure he didn’t leave until the door was 100% working! Thanks, and Go Bills!
