We met Tim and Lynn at the March 2014 Galleria Home Show. They seemed very interested in speaking with us and sharing their product knowledge. We knew we would contact them once we completed a significant driveway and slab construction project later in the year. Our experience with Precision was great, start to finish. Eric Dunphy installed two (2) new doors and two (2) Lift Master openers. He completed this job in a very timely and professional manner. He has a great work ethic and we are so glad that he did the installation.

He greets me very courteous and he look over my situation and explained the repair process and the cost to complete the job. Precision was extremely professional from start to finish. I never met Sean, the technician, directly as I was at work but my daughter was there to facilitate. We chatted on the phone, he gave me a detail quote (wow I said, all that) and after I gave the go ahead, he completed the job in a timely manner. During the process, he called me with an update, called again to advise he was completed and my daughter was totally satisfied and both said I am going to be happy. We completed the settlement efficiently over the phone and my invoice was emailed to me shortly thereafter. Great Job Precision as now I have both garage doors (replaced springs, rollers, plates, bars and remotes,etc.) opening and closing via remote, which has not happened in years. Thank you.

I live abroad and my tenants had an issue with our Garage Door sticking while opening. I have had Precision come out previously and they fixed the issue without any problems. So I advised my tenants to call them again. This time, they came out on a Sunday, to fix what we thought was a serious issue, turns out it was just where we recently repainted and the door was sticking. Their technician instructed our tenants on how to fix this, and got the doors working fine. All at no cost to us. Thanks folks' certainly gives us peace of mind while abroad that we know great workmen who will do exactly what is required, in a timely manner and we know we will not be "ripped-off". I highly recommend Precision for any issues you have with your doors. Both times I have used them they have exceeded our expectations.

I didn't look any further once I saw your rating of service online. I scheduled an appt that following day, and was greeted by Marcus, your tech. We had a spring in the roller of our garage door that broke, and had to manually open and close the door. Marcus explained the repairs and how long it would take. Overall I am extremely pleased with my repairs, pricing of service and prompt scheduling that was convenient for me. I would definitely recommend your company and if future repairs are needed, I will be a return customer for sure. Thank you for great service!

I got an Angie's list offer for my garage door service. My tech was Brandon who called me to give me a time he would arrive. Once he arrived, Brandon was very orofessional. He was very polite and knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Brandon was amazing and I can guarantee that no one will touch my garage door except Precision. Customer service is NOT dead! It is always reassuring to deal with a business that has proper credentials (Certifications, Licenses, Insurance). But it is the attitudes and interactions with employees of a business that make the transaction enjoyable. A neighbor recently used Precision for a new garage door and opener. I needed an opener and when the bracket on my old wooden door snapped, I felt that was the time to have some work done. After all the options were explained to me of the repair, I thought it was better to just get a new door and upgrade to a nice, quiet opener. The two technicians who visited my home were very nice and knew what they were doing. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone.
