They responded to our call immediately and sent a technician the next day. The technician was on time (on a cold day with freezing rain when the power was out at his residence!), friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. He explained what he recommended doing and why, provided an accurate written estimate within minutes, and then immediately completed the work on the spot.

The price was a little more than I expected, but the fast emergency Saturday appointment, phone contact by Braden to say he could come earlier, and the fast, professional and orderly repair process made up for any price concerns I may have had. Precision was awesome. Braden was awesome. He gave me pricing AND product options, and assured me of the integrity of my existing door, without trying to sell me a new one. Rest assured, Precision is now on my speed dial for any next emergency. And, I will certainly refer Precision to anyone who may ask me for an outstanding garage good service provider. Thanks much,

Professional, courteous, on time to install but 2 hours late for estimate (he got the addresses mixed up and went to another before me) and gave a solid competitive price. Made replacing my garage door easy and much less expensive than I thought it would be. They did not bring photos or pictures of garage doors to choose from which I would have thought would be key in making a decision, but I was able to get online via my ipad and the sales man directed me to a site to view the choices. I had called and spoken to 2 other companies and Precision by far even with the 2 small issues were much more together and professional than the other 2. I felt comfortable dealing with them.

First class company with great owners and employees! The garage door was installed today, and I couldn't be happier. From the quote (which was lower than anyone else by hundreds) to the install, the experience was seamless. After two months of dealing with Comcast nightmares, today was a welcome departure from what appears to be the norm with most companies lately. I have already recommended them to two of my neighbors that are looking for a garage door company.

My garage doors are 18 years old and were in need of maintenance. I chose Precision Door Service based on reviews from other customers. Mike West performed my work and while I wasn't planning on having to pay as much as I did, Mike was very helpful in explaining the causes for the problems I was having and the work that was needed in order to make my doors operate smoother and quieter. He was very efficient and completed the work in less than one hour (in really cold weather). I appreciate the time he took to explain the repairs needed and the way he treated me during the entire process. I felt very comfortable when talking with him and I have to say my garage doors are quieter and operate much smoother. The cost for the repairs was well worth it when you consider the doors are 18 years old and have never had any maintenance work performed on them. Thanks Mike and I will definitely tell my neighbors about Precision Door Service.

Technicians were on time and did an excellent job installing the double garage door. It was completed in a little over an hour. Our garage door broke on Tuesday morning. Precision showed up for repairs that morning and we decided just to get a new garage door instead. Precision installed it the next day. Service is excellent and we would definitely recommend Precision.

We called Precision for an estimate on replacing a very noisy garage door opener. The appt time was noon, but they were there by 11 a.m. The estimate and price were very good and we were even able to have the opener installed right there on the spot. We just wish there were more companies that provided this level of service. You can't go wrong with this company. It is definitely a 5-star company.

Your rep was more than efficient - he was friendly, knowledgeable and welcome. Every company should have customer service like this. WE just moved into a home where the garage doors hadn't been serviced or even opened for at least a full year. I was very pleased with the experience I had with my tech, Shaun. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He had my problem figured out in no time and went right to work to get the problem fixed . Price was higher than I wanted but I had no idea as what to expect. I was given price up front and agreed to it. Overall I was quiet pleased and satisfied with the experience I had . Would recommend these folks and would reuse them

This was definitely a 5 star visit. I had a broken garage door spring and called another well-know company. I was told the service manager would have to call me back later in the day. I had to call them back, only to find out it would be two days before someone could come for a late afternoon appointment. When I called Precision, the person who answered the phone had me scheduled right away for the next afternoon at the time I needed. The technician, Sean, arrived early and was extremely polite and knowledgeable. He worked quickly and answered all of my questions. He not only repaired the springs and rollers, but checked and tightened every nut and bolt on my door. He lubber the rollers, springs, and even the opener, which had nothing to do with his repair. He went above and beyond in every way. My door operates better, and more quietly, than it did before. When I get ready to replace my old wooden door, you can bet I'll call Precision!

Travis did an excellent job installing my new Liftmaster Door opener it runs much smoother than my previous "Genie" door opener which only lasted 2 years......... that came with my house............ but as the old saying goes" you get what you pay for" after the installation he went above and and beyond to lubricate my tracks, hinges and etc. Good clean-up when completed job, very good work
