I purchased a door tune-up through Angie's list. My conversation with the technician caused me to add additional costs as I wanted to get both the door and the opener serviced. The technician was prompt and courteous. He completed his work in a very short time, around 15 minutes I guess. My suggestion to you is that you provide some sort of overview of the services performed. The work was completed so quickly and the changes were so modest, I questioned whether I received enough value for what I spent. I would not give you a bad review I just think you could add value by providing more detail. Just a suggestion. Good luck to you.

Al was professional and arrived 30 minutes after the beginning of the 4 hour window. He access the issues and recommend a solution . It toke about 1.5 hours to replace the opener. He did a nice clean install and I would highly recommend them I give then a 5 stars.

Precision ordered the wrong doors initially but then got them right, no rush so that wasn't a problem. What was disappointing was the two panels I replaced needed to be painted to match and while I had the paint for them to do the job I was told after install that painting the doors to match existing was not included. So I now have two tan panels and two white:/

The service Rep, Al, was on time, professional and did explain the costs in advance. It was only after he was finished did it hit me that $488 to replace a couple of springs inside of 30 minutes was over the top. What could I do? I couldn't ask him to undo his work. So I had to write a check for almost five hundred bucks for half an hour's work and perhaps $100 in parts. The worst feeling is that I should have stopped them from doing the work in the first place, so shame on me. That said, shame on this company for gouging their customers. There are similar reviews about Precision around the country, should have done my research.

Edward was my technician. He arrived when he said he would. Upon his arrival, he performed a complete overhaul of my garage door. This included: Springs, cables, rollers, and bearings. The work was completed in an hour. Ed was very professional and I was pleased with the service.

Brandon came out to do a tune up on old garage door. I half expected to get up-sold on some new springs and rollers but, in fact, Brandon said all that was needed at this time was some minor adjustments and lube; and the old wooden door is in pretty good shape for its age. I, admittedly, would like to get a a new door (only because I don't like the windows), but there was no pressure from Brandon to try to sell one. He gave me the price for new rollers and for a new door. I got a business card because I do plan on calling Precision again before the end of summer.

Precision door was able to make a timely appointment on Saturday afternoon. Al, the technician, was on time. He quickly sized up the problem and explained in detail what needed to be done. He gave me a rough estimate of cost. He completed the job sooner than I would have expected. He then came in and explained the repair work and went over the invoice. I was thrilled with the service and give them 5 stars!

I was very impressed with the prompt, professional, and excellent service today. Travis is a fantastic guy! He gave us various suggestions on fixing our garage door and in less than 30 minutes, he was done. Our broken, misaligned, dented, loose cable, roller-missing garage door was working perfectly and gliding smoothly and noiselessly like I never heard before. I am the original homeowner, and even when we bought the house brand new, the garage door had always been noisy and shaky. I will definitely recommend Precision to everyone I know. It can't get any better than this really. Thank you Travis! Thank you Precision!

Had them come out to do a quote, and loved the tech, Mike, got a call ahead of time, AND an email that showed a picture of who was coming out. I loved the safety that provided. He was early, called ahead, and was courteous. Was honest about not being able to fix our 20+ year old system, as we later found out with many calls, and quoted for a new system. The prices were the deterring factor in the new system. I was able to find a smaller company that offered apples to apples for $100 less for the total package. Then, cancelled with them after finding out a friend would do it for the cost of dinner and we purchased the top of the line system (major upgrade) and are spending $200 less overall. If it weren't for the friend, we surely would have gone with the less expensive co. due to cost. However, if cost is not an issue, I would have gone with this company- IMMEDIATELY. I felt much better in person with Mike the tech than I did over the phone with the lowest cost company. Mike was NOT a "salesman." He was straightforward with his prices and the differences between them. I appreciated his time. I would give Mike 10 stars.

I had a great service tech. The job was taken care of in less than one hour. . If price is not an issue, I recommend this company. The customer service is great. I feel that the price was very high for the job. I had two springs changed. The bill was over $350. I am not sure if this is normal. If it is then you will love the prompt service, scheduling and outcome of the service visit.

We have done a lot of research and have found that our pricing is very competitive. With that being said, we also use upgraded parts that are far superior to many of the parts that are available on the market. You will find that our springs have a longer life expectancy than those less expensive versions, being far less expensive in the end.

We contracted Precision to deliver two new garage doors and two new motors, since ours were 20+ years old. The initial visit was only to have one of the motors fixed, and because the technician because was so knowledgeable and courteous, and the price right, we decided to get the new doors. He did not try to hard sell me into buying new doors. On the other hand, he even fixed the door for free until the new ordered doors arrived. Installation was done in a very cold winter day, and because of that I believe that we ended up having some small issues with the new sealants around one of the door and some loose frames after a couple weeks that needed a few more staples/nails,however both issues were taken care of eventually. There was some miss-communication in the process, but they were (Tim) very quick to rectify it. Overall, they were great. The garage doors look beautiful, the price was right, and the customer service was reliable. I would highly recommend their service.

Kevin knew what he was doing, lubed rollers, replaced front pulleys, realigned the tracks, and increased tension on the springs to raise the door more easily. My old back can handle the door now! Many thanks!
