I ordered custom garage doors rustic style. Travis helped me to find the product I wanted and stayed in touch with me from the time of purchase through the installation. Travis provided an excellent customer care relationship with me since it took a while to custom make my doors. He did a fantastic job with the installation all by himself. A Lift Master with battery back up Travis installed as well. Everything turned out the way I imagined in my dreams. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door company for everybody and give them a double 5 star rating.

Unbelievable service! Called about repairs as one torsion spring broke and couldn't get door open (it's an old 18' door) Within 5 minutes Sean called me and said he'd be here between 45 minutes to an hour. He was here in 40. Looked at situation, reviewed his recomendations and pricing, and went right to work. Job completed beyond expectations, and he even did a few extra courtesy things for prevention maintenance. Kudos to Sean and to Precision. Call them first, you won't be sorry.

I needed a garage tune up, Angie's list had a special so I called. There tech Travis arrived on site and evaluated my Garage door and opener, pointed out a few things to be mindful of and gave me some additional options. I have some contractors arrived and Travis continued to finish up his work. Price was great and Travis was very knowledgeable. I highly recommend Precision.
