Technician was AWESOME! Really nice and efficient. I thought the price of $306. to replace 2 spring sets was high. However, selling my house and time restraints didn't allow for another company to come out.

Although I am not aware of the specific springs installed on your door, I believe the price is very competitive given the fact we use ONLY high cycle springs that give 3-4 times the life of springs installed by other garage door companies. I chose Precision because every time I order from Lowes I have to wait forever to receive the product. I thought since this was a repair I would find a company that actually specializes in Garage doors. Sean was extremely helpful and patient with me as we compared the cost of a new door or replacement panel. He also pointed out some of the repairs that needed to be made to bring the springs up to par and meet safety regulations, as I had used a handy man to install the door the first time and he cut corners by using the old/original hardware. I have not had the actual repair done yet as the panel and hardware will need to be ordered, but so far I would recommend Precision to all my friends and family.
