Sean and his helper (Steve?) were on time and very professional. Called ahead just like they promised and had everything on the truck to fix my broken spring. Since the motor was 12 years old and making uncomfortable noises, I opted to get a new door motor and mounting assembly. Sean explained the warranty details and I was impressed and comfortable with them. No surprise, I had a great experience with Precision Door last spring when they replaced the metal wheels on my door. My wife and I are amazed at how quiet the door is now. Would definitely recommend Precision Door again.

Travis was personable as well as helpful. He explained absolutely everything that he did. So far, everything works well. I am still a bit concerned about how loud one of the doors is when it opens and closes. However, it was loud even before the repair.

We chose Precision through Angie's List. Duane was on time, courteous and professional. He replaced the rollers on our door and fully serviced it. He also lubed our other door. We are very pleased with their service.

Used Angie's List for a tune-up and new rollers that were included in the price. Mr.Valerio(Service Tech) came out to the house and asked a few questions then went to work on the tune-up. He was quick, efficient and knew his business. Did have a small issue a day later and he came out identified the issue and quickly resolved the problem no questions asked. If I have an issue in the future I would use this company again and recommend to anybody that has a garage door issues.

The service and responsiveness to our initial service call and the accommodation to the urgency of our broken door by Geido was excellent. He also was prepared to provide a safe door until a new door solution could be installed. He expedited the delivery and offered sound counsel. Precision then sent Eric to do the installation, who called in advance and took care of the installation with professionalism and flexibility with our family's schedule. He completed the work in less time than expected and we very very pleased with the value we received for our thee afore double steel 12 moon light double door! It's beautiful! We did. molars with other Garage Door companies are very pleased with our choice.
