My garage door broke Saturday afternoon and I had absolutely NO idea how to fix it (even with the help of YouTube how-to videos)!! I called Precision Door Atlanta, as I had heard good things about them in the past. The receptionist was very nice and told me that she could have someone out the next day (Sunday!!). I was very happy, needless to say. The technician (Travis) called the next afternoon to confirm the appt and was at my house at the exact time he had mentioned. He was very informative and told me exactly what the problem was, what the options were, and how much it would cost. He did not try to force expensive alternatives on me, which I appreciated. He was extremely courteous and very efficient. Two hours later, I had a completely renovated garage door that worked perfectly. The cost was very reasonable. I really cannot say enough good things about Precision, but really I have to give all the credit to Travis. He was so friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable about the entire process that I would absolutely call Precision (and most certainly Travis) again without a second's hesitation. Thanks again for everything...you guys are the best!!!!

We were very pleased with the quick response to repair the spring on our garage door. We called Precision late Saturday afternoon and had a technician at our house by 1:00 on Sunday. Travis was very thorough in his repair, taking the time to explain to my husband what he had done as well as give recommendations for future routine maintenance. We would definitely call Precision for any of our garage repair/replacement needs in the future.

Reliability and a degree of professionalism is important to me when I do business. I found your company to be just that. Everyone I was in contact with was friendly, answered all my questions and did exactly what they said. We had a few special items that were not ready right away and Travis kept us up to speed every step of the way. Your guys even offered to come a day earlier than scheduled which was a nice touch. My service tech Daniel Berry was great. Gave me a less expensive options for repair but I wanted a new opener. Explained what caused my concern in a way I could understand. However I'm not at all happy with the accounting office. I called on the 17th because I forgot to give D. Berry a coupon. They said "no problem, Lynn will call you". I still have not heard from Lynn. No stars for the accounting office. Sorry.

Travis P was awesome. I like the fact that I could read his bio and was able to see a pic before the tech arrived. He arrived before the scheduled window. He explained to me about the maintenance of my garage doors and at the same time showing me what to do and what to buy for proper maintenance. He did not appear to be in a hurry nor did he make me feel like I was asking too many questions. Thanks Travis and Precision Doors. Will definitely tell anyone who wants the job done right about this company and the quality of its employees.
