When I was searching the web for a garage door service company, I came across your website. I was impressed by the information contained in the website but what clinched the deal was Ms. Yeager's bio. Her being a teacher and her and Mr. Yeager's work in the autism community impressed me a lot. So, I decided to go with your company. Jessica who took my call was professional, courteous and very helpful. Sean, who did the job was very punctual, professional, courteous and had a very good sense of humor.When he ran his fingers thorough some parts of the garage door to find grey stuff, he asked me when was the last time the garage door was serviced. When I told him never, he, in a deadpan voice said "Please continue to do so sir, so that we can keeping getting your business!:)" He did a good job of explaining the problem and providing me an estimate. The technician just left the home and we were completely satisfied. He not only fixed the door, which was the original purpose of the service call, he also installed a key pad which wasn't requested until after he arrived on site. We made the mistake of initially scheduling an appointment with a competitor of Precision's that we had to cancel for a variety of reasons. We won't make that mistake again and will just call Precision who definitely lived up to their advertising and the accolades displayed on their web site.

Mark replaced our garage door openers a month or two ago. He also installed a wireless keypad outside the door. As I attempted to use the wireless keypad in the dark, I realized it did not light the keys. I called your office and was told that it should light up so they scheduled a technician to repair/replace it. On the scheduled morning of the visit, Nick called and told me that the Precision 800 keypad would not light up the keys. He said the only wireless keypad that would work is a Clicker from Home Depot. I am disappointed that the keypad does not light when I try to use it in the dark. I paid $800 for these openers and I am disappointed with this missing feature.

Thank you for your comments. We have used this incident as a training tool for our technicians. When we became aware of the situation, we immediately sent Mark, our senior technician, out to solve the problem. We are glad we could solve the problem and use this as a learning opportunity.

Excellent service tech!! Super friendly, quick and professional...I just wish I would have been able to use the coupon that's available online to save a few bucks on the quick repair Nick did. Dont post a coupon if you arent going to honor it!...would have been 5 stars if it wasnt for the coupon- NICK is the guy you want to come out to your house.

Nick is an excellent technician. He applied every discount to the invoice, which is why he did not honor the coupon. Most coupons can not be combined with other special offers, and he applied the better of the offers. However, we want every customer to have a good experience and will send you a check for $15, which is the equivalency of the coupon. It is not worth $15 to us for someone to have a negative experience.

Mark did an excellent job repairing my wife's garage door. He was very thorough, very punctual, and went the extra mile to include aligning our internet cable parallel to the top of the garage door opening to ensure the door closed securely. Mark has excellent customer service skills and is more than likely a real asset to your company. Give him a bonus. He deserves it.
