I was dreading having to have a company come out to fix our garage door . My in-laws had theirs serviced recently by another company and it was extremely expensive. I was not going to call the same company. I looked online and talked to people and found Percision. They came out the very next day and had a small window of time that I would have to wait for them. I did not have to sit around and wait all day wondering when they were coming. Then Nick the technician called when he was 30 minutes away . He was very friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this company and Nick . Thank you !

Duane called in advance of his appointment as promised by the company. He was friendly, courteous and knowledgeable--definitely an expert in his field. He installed our new garage door opener quickly and efficiently and we are extremely pleased with it. I highly recommend Precision to everyone with no hesitation whatsoever.

Called for an appt yesterday and was able to have someone here today. Technician was on time and very nice. Explained the problem cause and my options for fixing it. Repairs were done in less than an hour at a reasonable cost. Would definitely use again.
