Duane arrived right on time and was wearing a clean uniform. Very polite and professional. I had a broke opener and an old wood door. I was comfortable with his knowledge and the way he sized up what i needed for my situation. He wrote up an estimate that i thought was reasonable to remove and replace the old door and opener. I felt like he treated me the same way he would want to be treated if he was in my situation. He is an excellent representative of the company. A job well done. Thanks

Eric arrived at my location on time as promised. He was in a clean uniform and ready to start work immediately. He wasted no time.I was impressed at his efficiency and work ethic. I'm not easily impressed these days. He insured that all tasks required for the remove and install of the door and opener were done safely and to the best of his ability. Kudos to Precision Garage Door Service but especially to Sean (our tech). Gave us a few options on the repair and explained in details. Since it was my son's house and they're just starting out we opted for the cheaper option. Unlike others I've dealt with in the past Sean was truly OK with it. Got the job done in no time and even performed some maintenance on the garage door parts. I'm already planning on calling them in the near future to change out my 20 year old garage door and will certainly request for Sean
