My garage door springs broke at 7:30am while my wife was backing out, I was very happy that the door miss the car as it came down hard. Made calls to a few repair companies to get my spring replace, I choose Precision because of the professional way they handled my call, by 2pm my garage door was up and running again. I had 2 springs and 10 rollers replaced and I am very happy with the service and cost.

Same day service. I am a senior and have difficulty going down my front door steps. I use my garage as access to going outside. The tension spring had broken and I located your ad in the yp. Your service rep was excellent...kind, polite and efficient. Your rating would definitely be a 5.
