Travis was great! He was on time and called to let me know he was on his way and about how long he would be. Once he arrived, we both knew we would need to replace our existing garage door opener from previous damage that my husband inflicted a few months before. He had all of the equipment with him and ready to install. He was very professional and took the time to answer all of my questions, explain how everything worked, and even offered suggestions on how to extend the life of my garage door and garage door opener.

Precision Door Service has just installed two new doors and motors for us. They are a wonderful, professional company. Eric, bless his heart, arrived at our house in the 16 degree weather and installed everything for us. The high was 31 this day, but he did an excellent job regardless of having frozen fingers and cuts on his hands due to the cold air. Thank you, Eric and Precision Door. What a wonderful company!

I purchased two new Linear openers installed in mid-Dec by Mark Mosely. He did a great job, quick, and professional. I was very satisfied with the openers performance but after 3 weeks one of the openers quit responding to input from remotes. Even the manual wall mounted button was sporadic. I called and Precision sent a technician out the next day. Sean arrived exactly on time, and after some basic troubleshooting, decided to replace the entire motor unit under warranty. Again, great job, quick and professional. Although the failure of the initial opener was a disappointment, the service provided by the technicians exceeded my expectations. It is very appreciated.

Garage door tune-up. They called when en-route - arrived on time - very personable and professional - they recommended the safety cables and after explaining how they worked, I agreed to the installation as the springs had "sprung" off previously and I was lucky they did not hit me.

I can say that I'm not easily impressed and am typically diappointed by the work and lack of professionalism of vendors we've worked with over the years, but if I could give more than 5 stars I would. Tim and Eric at Precision Door Atlanta were incredible to work with (responsive, respectful, huge emphaissi on customer service) and the finished product was beautiful. When it comes to professionalism, pricing, and end product - no one can beat them. My only complaint would be that they don't also own other businesses that I can use for all of our home improvement needs. I can't say enough about PDA!

The phone call, the attitude of the person I spoke with was outstanding.. The gentleman that came out to do the repairs (Justin) was very dignified, neat, and distinguished. He was very sincere and broadminded in his work and he completed it in minimal amount of time. Justin is a great "asset" to Precision Garage Door Co. He was also very thoughtful of my time and wanted me to be satisfied in every respect. Thank you for employing people like Justin.
