Hello Tim Yes, it was your website and advertising that said you were a professional company that offered service in my area and would not charge me to come and look at my problem. I found Daniel to be a respectful, courteous, knowledgeable person who offered options to my situation. He worked on the old one and told it would work today, but could not guarantee how long that might work; I chose to replace it and be comfortable with a 7yr warranty offered by a company that has a good reputation in our local community.

The garage door spring broke at my rental house. I called Precision and they were able to schedule an appointment the same day. The technician was knowledgeable and very friendly. The job was done in about an hour at a very reasonable price.

Let me start of by saying from the sales person (I do not recall his name) that came out to my home on a rainy Sunday to the installer, Eric, everything was very professional!!!! The sales person explained my different options before the sale and Eric explained everything after the install. There was never a rush to make the sale or a rush to leave after the install. I found your company on Angie's list and would highly recommend it to anyone without hesitation. Thank you!

I called @ 10:15am and by 1:00pm, I had a technician in my driveway. Justin was fantastic and educated me as he diagnosed my problem. He had all the tools in his truck and the entire repair was no longer than 45 minutes. He was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and an utmost professional. I am very hard to please and he effortlessly did so.
