Unfortunately the door and opener are two entirely different parts of the door system. Many times even after a repair on a door, the noise was nothing to do with the problem like a broken spring, but rather the noise of a non lubricated door and opener rail. I feel like I have gone back in time. Talked to a real person almost immediatly when I called who had an appointment set up in less than a minute. Email confirmation and the office called me 30 minutes before the technicain arrived (on time). He told me what was required to fix my garage door without trying to sell a whole new door system. He acted like it was his garage door that was broke and explained what was needed. Follow up appointment with parts will occur within a couple days. Excellent service and quality at a reasonable price. I'll be back when I need new doors and will spead your name in the meantime.

Your company runs an almost perfect operation. Got an appointment for the day after I called; received an email confirmation shortly thereafter. The following day Sean and Daniel showed up on time, got me an estimate, and once they started they were done in about 30 min. About 30 min later got the invoice by email. Punctual, courteous, and fast. You guys are clockwork-efficient, just the way I like it. I wouldn't call anyone else. Thank you!

We are very pleased with percision and both of our new garage door openers. Sean came to our home at 6:oopm and told us exactly what was needed. He completed all work by 9:00pm. What a great job!!! We were very impressed with him and his ability and knowledge. He was simply outstanding. One of the doors would not open the next day and one call to him and it was fixed by him almost immediately.
