I had a broken spring on my 18-foot garage door. Your technician, Sean, replaced that spring as well as a second spring that was old, but not broken, in a very timely manner consistent with my schedule. In addition, he replaced 10 rollers, lubricated the moving parts, and adjusted the opening mechanism. Everything about the service call was a pleasure and the repair costs were very reasonable. I will definitely call Precision for future repairs.

Chris came out on a Sunday afternoon within just a couple hours of our initial phone call - there was a "Sunday" fee, but it was reasonable. He was professional and couteous and clearly has a lot of knowledge and experience. The new door was installed Tuesday. The price was fair, and Chris made sure all adjustments and functionality were completed to my satisfaction before he left. I would definitely recommend y'all to friends and family.

I was very pleased with Lynn and the obvious sincerity she felt about her responsibilities. I called from your ad in Home Magazine which was very impressive. I think the price was reasonable, and there were no gimmicks. I was very impressed with Mark Mosley, who was obviously in pain, but he didn't let it slow him down. Chris was also pleasant and very knowledgeable. The crew, and the office staff were wonderful, and the finished product exceeded our expectations.
