We obviously would have been happy to do this. Extremely professional. Lynn took my call at 9 pm and scheduled David for 8 the next morning. Company sent me an e-mail confirming and included photos of my technician which I think is a great idea. David called 30 minutes before to confirm and arrived on time. He was polite and professional, answered our questions well and showed us other potential problems. We are extremely pleased. Only slight negative was website saying Lifetime guarantee on springs which really means 5 years. Otherwise near perfect.

Very happy with the new garage doors and the price. However, the installer pinched a wire to the door opener and it wouldn't operate properly. He said it was a problem with the opener and I would need a new one. Had a different company come out and rewire it, old opener works fine now.
