We had a garage door spring fail, trapping our car in the garage. Based on the good reviews we called Precision Garage Door Service. They answered quickly and set up our appointment for the next day. Our technician Ryan Hudson was prompt, courteous and explained the required repair thoroughly. The job was finished quickly and Ryan cleaned up afterward. We are very happy that we called Precision Garage Door Service. We would highly recommend them to anyone requiring garage door work. Definitely 5 stars.

repair man was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. However I thought the service was over priced. (re-aligned one safety sensor and tightened two wing nuts for $150). It took him longer to input all the information into his tablet than to do the work.

Nice people. Easy to make an appointment online. They did not charge me to inspect it, which was generous. However, the sales guys left our garage door disabled when they left late in the day, causing my wife to not be able to get her car out the next morning. (It was working before they arrived.) It took me a bit to get it working again. We will find another firm.
