5 different houses but one quality solution as every time I need help they are fast & frugal. They act like it’s their home and their money. Current house recently needed a whole new door and motor - unexpected but unavoidable and I was leaving for 2 weeks. My wife rightly wanted a non generic door but not stock. She would have had to park outside in the cold/ wet and carry in / out front door for 7 days but they went out of their way and hunted one down, installing next am an hour before I left . You simply could NOT get a better response .

Our rechargeable battery failed. Had to replace that 2 years after newly installed. But, Vince came right over (first thing, the day after Thanksgiving) and was professional, courteous, efficient and super pleasant. We appreciate Precision Door Atlanta, and we recommend your company!

Precision Garage Door Service installed both my garage doors and the openers and the keypad on the outside, so when I found my keypad not working right, I called. Jeremy called and told me about when he expected to arrive, and that's exactly when he got here! He checked both doors, my "clickers" and my wall controls, and then he magically knew just what to do to return my outside keypad to working again! I thank Jeremy, my neighbor who uses my basement workout equipment thanks you, and my beloved dog walker thanks you! We're SO happy with the doors, the outside pad, and the clickers when we need them! I LOVE Precision Garage Door Service! Oh, and I'm giving your info to my neighbor who has some questions about garage doors.
