I tried to adjust my garage door myself, without success. At 8:00pm Thursday I searched on line and asked Precision to contact me. Within an hour, a live person called and set up an appointment for the following afternoon. Tim Yeager arrived as promised and demonstrated that the control board was failing. My wife and I had recently been delaying replacing the doors and thanks to Tim's excellent advice, we decided that now was the time. Tim returned on Saturady morning and installed a new wonderfull - quiet garage door opener. We developed so much trust in Tim that we decided not to shop around and ordered HQ new doors and openers from him. We now eagerly await delivery of the best available. I'm sure we cold have looked at other suppliers but Tim's prices turned out to be very competitive. Price should not always be the first consideration. Service and trust is. I would highly recommend Mr. Yeager

I had a new opener installed by Precision a few months back. It quit working and I called them out. They came out on time the same day. I am embarrassed to say my husband had put tools in front of the electronic eye. They quickly identified the problem Expecting to pay some kind of fee I was told this one was on them! Merry Christmas Who could ask for a better company
