I wasn't able to contact the company that installed the new garage door opener nor did I receive a phone call as of yet, 24hr later. I saw your web site and it appeared very professional and the person was able to set an appointment immediately. The gentleman, Dwyane did a great job and explained the issues and the cost. Will certainly contact Percision again when I need a garage door service. Thanks again as we couldn't even open the door manually and the cars were in the garage!!

I manage this property and requested that the invoice not be left with the tenant. I was assured that it would be emailed me so that I can request reimbursement. I called yesterday and was told someone would call me and get over the invoice -- did not happen. I just called again because for the second day my request has been ignored.

Well run company. Called at 8am Sunday morning and a csr answered the call and set the appointment for the same day. Tim arrived on time and made quick work of the job. He had everything he needed and was done in under 2 hours. I hate that he had to come out on Sunday but appreciate that I can get to my meetings Monday morning! Working from home was not an option for me this week and precision delivered.
