Craig installed it yesterday and I could not ask for better service from start to finish. Could be better if they do good with scheduling, had a 8-12 appointment window, and Craig showed up around 3:30pm after he got my ticket at last minute, I appreciate you Craig coming out and installed the door. I chose Precision Garage Door Service because I used them to install an operator in my previous home. They did an excellent job and I was extremely pleased with their workmanship. Today, two garage door openers were installed in my current home. I can't remember the technician's name. He was awesome, he explained everything to me in detail. He also pointed out the flaws of the original installer and recommended corrective action to take. All in all, He was very professional, knowledgeable and had a great personality. Give that man a promotion, raise or something. Please!!!

Customer service was nothing short of AMAZING! Anthony arrived at my home assessed the situation and was ready to work. While replacing broken springs he noticed a few other issues with my garage door and took care of it with no extra charge. After all was said and done, my son was having car issues and he took the time to assist him and get him up and running again!! AMAZING!
