From estimation to installation of doors and openers, it is rare to find such excellent service anywhere these days. I got exactly what I wanted from a range of options. I cannot say enough about Horace, the installation technician. He was professional, courteous, friendly, and very hard-working. He worked with the idiosyncrasies of my house and completed the job in one day. He explained how everything worked. I was anxious about the job having had a terrible experience with another company years before, resulting in me delaying the work for a number of years. They laid all my fears to rest. I cannot recommend Precision Door highly enough.

The installers were polite & kept me informed throughout the process. They cleaned up after themselves & even though they were here for only one garage door, they made sure all the garage doors were working as they should before they left! I called this morning because I couldn’t get out my garage. They took appointment for today and was out within the hour. Derek Skaggs assessed the situation gave me a quote and quickly got started. He was great at explaining what was going on, walked me through everything he was doing. Great work, he was fast and efficient. All work done less than 3 hours from the phone call . The amount charge was very reasonable and I am very satisfied. I do highly recommend this company and Derek Skaggs.

The Technician was very nice and cordial, but I found out afterwards that I had been severely overcharged for the work I had done 2 springs and cables for $700.00 is extremely high. I'm a Senior citizen and got no break whatsoever. I have no extra money to throw away

I found this company via Google search. I chose them based on the Google reviews and they did not disappoint me. I called and made a same day appointment and my garage was also fixed on the same day. Jack was very polite and seemed to address the problem and fix it with no known issues.
