Robert installed my garage door on Saturday. He was so professional and friendly. We had a problem connecting my camera and he stayed late to try a fix it. Jeremy and Jordan were professional, courteous, and knowledgeable, and were able to replace my rollers, cables, springs, and tune everything up on the spot. My door now works like a dream. I called and was able to get an appointment for the next day. The technician, Allen called 30 minutes prior to coming as promised. He immediately diagnosed the issue and fixed it. He then reprogrammed all of our garage door remotes. He then waived the service fee! We have used Precision in the past. Once again, they delivered exceptional service!
