Was having problems with our 20+ year garage door motor. Contacted Precision and was scheduled to have a repairman come and check it out. Within 2 hours Joe showed up and checked the operation of our door and suggested that we replace the motor and springs. Inside of an hour we had a new quiet motor. Joe was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Would not hesitate to contact Precision if I should need anything for our garage door.
