I chose you because I’ve ALWAYS used you while living here for the last 22 years. Our service technician was FABULOUS. He called ahead of time to let me know what time he would be here - fantastic! The work he performed which included which included what choices and prices I could select. He totally fixed the problem AND EXPLAINED everything in easy to understand wording. ERIN is a HUGE PLUS TO YOUR COMPANY His uniform was clean and neat and he was polite, and personable. DONT LET HIM GET AWAY! He is excellent! And NO we are NOT related????????

My door was badly damaged over the weekend and had to be secured first and then replaced. I called and purchased a new replacement door due to the extensive damage then scheduled both securing the damaged door and installing the replacement door. Ryan arrived in two hours that same day to secure the door so I could safely get through the weekend. The new upgraded door is in stock and will be installed less than a week from when I initiated contact with Precision Door. I am truly impressed with their performance on all levels.

A few years back our garage door came off track and the spring broke. We did some research and decided to give you guys a try. When your service technician came out he educated us as why it happened. He also provided the options to repair. We were really happy the repair. Our garage motor wore out after 25 years. We called your office made the appointment David showed up on time gave us 3 options and and price and explained in detail for each one. He went straight to work completed it tested it cleaned up. Your company will be called if we ever need you again. We will recommend you to everyone we can.
