Now and then you encounter a great people-person and technician; this describes "Victor Murillo"! Victor was not only courteous, but you could see and feel he was concerned in helping to make the customer feel special while expediently resolving the issue at hand. My issue was resolved in the first 3 minutes and Victor went the extra mile to ensure I understood the problem and how to go about further maintenance. I will never recommend this company. They charge a ridiculous amount of money. I called to get my door put back on track. It ended up costing me $ 3200.00 61/2 hours of work. Started out going to cost $1700 to fix a few things then all the sudden oh you we’d a new motor too jump the price all the way to $3200. Merry Christmas to them. STC

Recommended by neighbor…. Derek pSkaggs was very professional but nice, kind, patient and he was down to earth. He was able to diagnose and resolve my case within minutes. Working from home makes it easy, but with meetings it can by hard to be available. He did his job with minimal interaction with me but just enough interaction to complete his work.
