Our technician Chris was amazing! He was professional and extremely knowledgeable. Chris replaced the garage torsion springs and lubricated all major components in no time. Our doors glide like new. I would highly recommend Chris and Precision Door Service.

I choose your company because when I spoke to one of your employees, can’t remember her name, she was very nice to talk to and answered all my questions. And I chose your company because you promise to do the same day I called. The other company said I had to wait 4 days before someone would come out, leaving me stuck at home with no transportation.

I'm glad the last tec left a sticker on the garage door years ago, (lol). Cause I really believe I called the best when I called Precision! Tech Derek Skaggss was great. He arrived ahead of schedule and called before heading my way. Derek explained a few options for repair and once I decided on the one, he explained everything he'd be doing. He went the extra helping me while I set up the app. I'm glad U decided to go with new openers instead of a band aid repair. Doors are quiet and no gaps at the bottom; and last but not least no more malfunction. Thank you Derek and Precision!!!

Called early morning, call was answered immediately. Window time frame given. Victor called within 40 minutes saying on his way and what his eta was. He arrived , immediately knew the problem offered different solutions. Not upsale, no pressure. He completed the job within an hour. Very nice man, very well mannered. Would use again and recommend!

I recently had a garage door issue that needed service. I contacted Precision Door Service and they were able to send a tech out the same day. The tech (Juan) was awesome! He was able to pinpoint our problem and was able to fix it within a short amount so time. He was knowledgeable and provided excellent customer service! I highly recommend this company for your garage service needs.

Nice guy. Explained everything. Was surprised by the cost, the recommendation was that I replace everything after only one spring was broken. My neighbors have had this same work done before & they must have gotten a different, discounted rate. I felt like I had to chose the service recommended based on the comments on the 1st option (it could break tomorrow if I don’t repair all). But maybe that’s just how it is. My door was crooked after installation. He came back out to correct. He advised that it’s my cement being unleveled, but you can tell that it’s still crooked by its placement when open. Not sure what to do about it since he came back & “corrected” it. Hopefully the 3 year warranty counts for something.
