Recommended by neighbor…. Derek pSkaggs was very professional but nice, kind, patient and he was down to earth. He was able to diagnose and resolve my case within minutes. Working from home makes it easy, but with meetings it can by hard to be available. He did his job with minimal interaction with me but just enough interaction to complete his work. Thanks Derek for the good and quick work and for the laughs!!!

This company is A-1 in my opinion. From the initial phone call all the way to the technician. Chelsea the phone operator was very attentive to my needs and Anthony Watts was an awesome technician. Highly skilled, very personable, friendly and super professional. He wasted no time and had my garage door up and running in no time. He even made it more quiet than it had been ever!! This is the second time I have used Precision and the second time I have been well-pleased by my experience. Jack is a friendly, knowledgeable, helpful professional who did a fine job of solving my problem. He arrived on time, clearly explained the issue and my options and fixed my opener. I won’t be calling Precision again. All I really needed was torsion spring and lift cable replacement. For less than $120 I could have gone to Home Depot for parts and DIYed it. But I didn’t feel like bothering and the numbers Precision quoted me over the phone seemed reasonable. David, the technician who arrived, was good. He was punctual, personal, professional and knew his business. After he had dismantled the lift system and parts were on the floor, he presented me with a Good/Better/Best package proposal to refurbish the door. “Best” cost more than I remember paying for the entire door. The “Good” option was hardly a good value even assuming the use of ultra-premium parts. By my calculation, labor came in at easily over $500/hr. I’m satisfied with the work but not at all with the value. Precision, the “Overhead Garage Door Service,” apparently has an awful lot of overhead to cover.

I selected Precision Garage Door because of their rating’s and their 24/hr 7 days a week service. My garage door broke in the open position and would not close. When I called the office They told me that they could have a Technician at my home in 2 hours. When the precision door technician Arrived it was about 2 hours. The name of the person that helped me is Gary Brennan. He was very professional. The Gentlemen did a very good inspection of the garage door and let me know what my options were for repairing it Including the cost. He also gave me an estimate for getting a new garage door Installed. I decided my best choice was to have a new garage door installed. Gary did an excellent job. I am very pleased with Precision Garage Door.

I had a great experience from the first call into the scheduling center. Kimmie was extremely professional with my scheduling. The team was able to be out to correct my issue in very short order. Brandon, my technician, was very prompt, courteous and likewise extremely professional. Upon onsite, he was very knowledgeable and did an amazing job. I was referred by a coworker and spent over $400 for a garage tune up & new sensors but I was going to be charged an additional fee just to program my remotes! I'm not sure if I'll use this company again.

You installed my door 6 yrs ago and I have had zero problems. I simply had the door checked over and lubed and a surge protector installed. Friendly and fast service. You don't have a choice below for preventative maintenance.
