I called on a Sunday and they were able to give me an available next day appointment between 12-4pm Technician called 15 minutes before arrival. He was courteous and very professional. The problem was more than we had anticipated cost wise but the garage works better than ever! Greatly appreciate the 5 year warranty as well.

Brandon the installation technician was courteous, knowledgeable and efficient. The instillation went in quickly and the garage doors are now quieter than before. I was pleasantly surprised when Winfield first explained everything that we will be getting to see that the color he suggested Perfectly matched the front of the house. The only reason why I did not give 5 stars is because we ordered insulation and paid the upgraded amount and NO One called to say that they will make this right. This is also being that Brandon called to tell them of their mistake. Now today is a holiday and the doors were installed the Friday before, so I will give them time to make this right.

Gary Brannen was so kind and helpful. After making the initial call, i was surprised and delighted to get a same day appointment. Gary called about 10 minutes after to give me a time of arrival. Our springs broke and we had a few wear and tear issues. Gary came on time. It was nice to have him explain what happened to the door and give us an understanding on the materials needed, why and most importantly the cost. He gave us 2 breakdowns on price and because of his thorough explanation we decided to change a few other things now. ( we use our garage doors heavily. And we realized it would be a matter of time something else had to be changed) . The work was done quickly. He showed us the new parts and explained the warranties and what they cover. He was so patient, and didn't mind repeating himself on the ins and outs of the process. Go ahead and give this man a raise for doing a great job and also being generous with his time.

The technician, Ryan Hudson, was kind, courteous, prompt, and extremely professional. Fast! Detail oriented! Friendly! After 20+ years the spring finally gave up. I expected a much longer wait but I had the door repaired within about 5 hours of calling for service. Joe was awesome. The repairs were done quickly and I really appreciated the attention to detail. In addition to replacing the broken torsion spring he made other adjustments and kept at a noisy track until he got it perfect! It’s SO quiet now! It’s as good as new, maybe better.
