We recently moved here from CA, and have always used Precision Garage Door with all our houses there. We have a brand new home that the garage door installation wasn't up to snuff and sounded like it was going to fall down. So Roy went over the entire thing and pinpointed the items that he could fix for us to smooth the whole thing out. Xavier, the technician from Precision, performed an outstanding repair job. He diagnosed AND fixed the problem, literally within 10 minutes or less. He spent most of the time trying to figure out where he left his ladder (had to borrow mine). I was very pleased with the job/cost of repair. This is my second time using Precision's services and I believe I will become a loyal customer based on the combined performances from the technicians on both incidents. I plan to upgrade my garage door and/or door opening mechanism and, when and if I do, Precision will get the job based on their prompt, professional service.
