Broken cable and rusted torsion springs on 16 foot Clopay garage door. Called Precision at 9:00 am and technician Anthony Watts arrived early afternoon. Anthony is very knowledgeable and friendly. Repairs were made in about an hour. Also serviced other doors so they operate smoothly. Would definitely recommend Precision for any future needs.

Our technician Thomas did a good job installing our new garage door opener. But for the money we spent I think he should have set up the program for running the opener from your phone. He told us that he would have to charge a set up fee if he did it. He even mentioned that he’s done so many of them it was easy for him. A little ridiculous when your spending over $1600
