Garage Door opener gave an error late on Friday. Called Precision and they were able to schedule appointment first thing on Monday morning. Technician (Anthony Watts) called about 8AM on Monday and said that he would arrive at 8:40. He arrived on time and was very timely on his diagnosis. Turned out to be more cost effective to replace motor than repair old unit. Anthony was very friendly and explained everything completely. He cleaned up, programmed remotes, programed link in car, helped re-setup MyQ app on phone. Overall, great experience and would recommend to anyone.

As my wife and I just moved to Newnan, we went online to find a garage door repair company. We were impressed by all of the reviews and transparency of the company and its staff. We called to make an appointment on a Friday afternoon and were scheduled for later that day. Anthony arrived at about 3:20. He was very personable, professional, and respectful. After diagnosing the problem, he offered us several repair options with their respective costs. After selecting one, he went work. I was impressed as he worked. He was very skilled and resolved the problem in less than a half hour. Upon completion, he informed us of their warranty and told us that if we had any problems, that we could contact the company and ask for him. The cost was reasonable and the service top- notch. We would highly recommend this company for any garage door issues.

Our techs were professional and friendly and they provided fast service and replacement of the rollers. Our garage door was making a loud popping sound when it was raised. While they were inspection our problem door they noticed a couple of big problems on the second door. So, they repaired both doors and lubricated all of the hinges. They did a great job and I would recommend them to anyone in need of garage door work!
